a murmuration,
like swelling,
a wind, a caydence
what undulant rushes
Thumbs spading clay,
the vapid membrane of
our imprints.
the mechanical droning
of haven fleeting
always.
errant ripening sediment
life without
that ever so consistent.

The Gegenschein, English counter-glow, or anti-solar point, describes the sun’s nebulous reflections upon dust and gas outside of our atmosphere. Us, as living beings, and objects as a kind of illuminate being, constantly emit a counter-glow that blooms an infinite amount of realities. This pan-conscious relationship (shared between human and object) opens the door to something uncanny - an unreachable entity outside of oneself, an abstract and unbearable multiplicity.
